then use someone else when it’s time to sign.

In real estate, support doesn’t equal sales.

You’re brand new, you’ve never done a deal,
and people are risking their biggest purchase ever.

That’s why you can’t rely on your network —
you’ve got to build credibility, not comfort.
You do that through action — prospecting, marketing, online leads, open houses, consistency.

But your work ethic keeps it open.

Stop expecting your relationships to feed you —
start creating your own opportunities.

Because in real estate, your network doesn’t make you money…
your follow-up, skills, and hustle do.
