今もなお争いが続く干拓事業・・海を分かつ８kmの直線・空撮 諫早干拓堤防道路【MAVIC 3 CINE】

長崎県諫早市と雲仙市を結ぶ、総延長8,515m（うち堤防部分7,050m）の堤防道路。
この長大な堤防が海水と淡水を分かち、干拓が進められてきました。
しかし2007年の完成から現在に至るまで、開門する、しないでの紛糾が続いています。


殆どのシーンで道路の左側が海、右が淡水（干拓地）になっています。1:09からのシーンでは手前が海、堤防の奥が淡水です。
端的に言いますと争点は「この干拓によって近隣の漁業が被害を受けているかどうか」なのですが、様々な意見があり結論が出ていないようです。

0:42からのシーンで対岸に拡がるのはキリシタンに纏わる歴史でも有名な島原半島。
その真ん中にそびえる荒々しい山は、1991年に大規模な火砕流を発生させた雲仙です。
0:55からのズーム映像では、その時に出来た平成新山の溶岩ドームがよく見えます。
この頂点から火砕流は画面左側に向かって斜面を駆け下り、またそれに伴って発生した土石流は海まで達しました。


先に上げたショートの説明欄に書いてたのですが、この映像は本来FPVを主軸にするつもりでした。
しかし何と！！microSDカード不良でGoProのデータが読み出し出来ず！！・・・やる気無くなっちゃってもう全部ボツにするつもりでしたが、気を取り直してMAVIC3の少ないデータだけで何とか作り上げたものです。

というわけでサブとしてのヌルい撮り方ばかりでバリエーションに乏しく、ワンシーンが長めになっています。
ただ静止画的な絵力は出るように頑張ってみたので、寒々しい色合いと共に（笑）堤防道路がどんなものかをじっくり感じて頂けると幸いです。


Still Contested Land Reclamation Project

A levee road connecting Isahaya City and Unzen City in Nagasaki Prefecture, with a total length of 8,515m (including a 7,050m levee portion).
This long dike separates seawater and freshwater, and reclamation has been underway.
However, from its completion in 2007 to the present, there have been ongoing disputes over whether or not to open the gate.


In most scenes, the left side of the road is the sea and the right side is the fresh water (reclaimed land); in the scene starting at 1:09, the sea is in the foreground and the fresh water is behind the dike.
To put it simply, the issue is "whether or not the nearby fishing industry is being damaged by this reclaimed land," but there are various opinions and no conclusion seems to have been reached.

In the scene from 0:42, the Shimabara Peninsula, famous for its Christian history, spreads out on the opposite shore.
The rugged mountain in the middle of the peninsula is Unzen, where a massive pyroclastic flow occurred in 1991.
In the zoomed video starting at 0:55, the lava dome of Heisei Shinzan that was created at that time is clearly visible.
From this apex, the pyroclastic flow ran down the slope toward the left side of the screen, and the resulting mudslide reached the sea.
