Archeologists in Bulgaria have unearthed a treasure dating back to the third Century BC. Gold rings, figurines, bracelets and buttons have been dug up after over 2000 years of lying in a Bulgarian hillside, ear the village of Sveshtari, 400km from the Bulgarian capital Sofia. The treasure is from the Thracian Empire – a civilisation that competed with the Greeks and Romans for land and influence. Al Jazeera's John Joe Regan reports.
