Tattooing My Phalloplasty Skin Graft and Adding Mum's Ashes (Phoenix Tattoo)

Tattooing my arm graft was not just to cover my phalloplasty skin graft scar, but also to honour my Mum's memory by adding her ashes to the ink. In this vlog, I take you through the tattooing of my phalloplasty forearm skin graft, showing the stages of the tattoo in the making and the healing process of the tattoo. I also share the meaning of my tattoo and the thought process behind it. Healing is very different for a phalloplasty skin graft compared to having a tattoo on non-scarred skin, but the outcome has been great so far! I will return to have the tattoo finished in the new year!
