Cylinder Head Cover Gasket Replacement + Intake Manifold + Injectors Removal/Installation BMW M57

In this video is shown Cylinder head cover gasket replacement procedure together with intake manifold modification which means full intake swirl flaps removal preventing oil leaks with M57 BMW engine 145 KW intake manifold installation on M57 170KW engine.

In this video old intake manifold already was plugged and swirl flaps was removed.

Additionally preventing continuous oil leaks due complicated sealing on plugs there was installed 145 kw M57 engine intake manifold which originally from manufacturing was made without swirl flaps.

Injectors removal was very easy while usually there is needed special tools for removal because they are heavily stuck in cylinder head.

Important is to replace new nozzles copper gaskets to prevent fumes leaks from combustion chamber and apply special high temp grease on nozzles to make future maintenance easy.
