I love trying new gyms when I travel. It's always such a fun and new experience :)
Here's my workout
A. Goblet Squat to Reverse Lunge (10 reps/ 3 sets)
B. Dumbbell Chest Press with feet elevated (12 reps/ 3 sets)
C1. Landmine Shoulder Press (8-10 reps/ 3 sets)
C2. Dumbbell Goblet Squats (10 reps/ 3 sets)
D1. Dumbbell Romanian Deadlifts (10-12 reps/ 3 sets)
D2. Barbell Underhand Grip Bent Over Row (10 reps/ 3 sets)
Burnout Out
TRX Decline Push Ups to TRX Plank Knee Crunch (30 secs/ 2 sets)
