So we came to the conclusion that the wheel lift assist did not work on my bike even after following the instructions set by EBMX. I'm sure it's not the controllers fault and may need to have an update done or setting changed.
Still waiting for their reply as I sent them this video today.
Sorry I couldn't show how it actually works. Hopefully we can get it working in the next couple of days.
