Such days are very disappointing in fishing, especially when you only have one half-day a week for fishing. It seems to be in very good condition, the fish should be biting. You get a few early baits, you settle down, and then it all falls apart.
But the day didn't go in vain - I told myself that I'd better fish for a shorter time but next time I'll go to a place where I know I can catch a record-sized trout instead of just walking in an empty river.
