Diddy’s judge in his federal racketeering and sex trafficking trial has given his decision regarding his motion for a mistrial. Judge Arun Subramanian on saturday was presented with potential evidence that could suggest that Cassie lied during her testimony. Diddy’s defense team looked into text messages sent by Cassie Ventura to a former Diddy employee. In these text messages Cassie Ventura would speak on another alleged victim known as Bryana Bongolan. Cassie Ventura during her testimony had claimed to have seen Diddy abusing Bryana at her apartment.
