♥ 配方 INGREDIENTS
無麵筋面粉 Gluten free flour blend 35g/ 3.5tbs
椰子粉 Coconut flour 10g / 1tbs
鷄蛋 Eggs 3
零卡糖(赤藻糖) Confectioner's Erythritol 20g/ 2tbs
檸檬汁 Lemon juice 2ml
泡打粉 Baking powder 4g/ 1 tsp
水 Water 25mL/ 2.5 tsp
椰子油 Coconut oil 20mL/ 2 tsp
鹽巴 Salt 1g/ ¼ tsp
無糖黑巧克力豆 Dark chocolate (Sugar-free)
標準6英寸橢圓烤模: 15cm / 6inch
Pan size: Oval 15cm / 6inch
放置预热烤箱以 180°C/ 350°F 烘烤 35分钟
Bake at 180°C/ 350°F for 35 mins
