Line for the production of both kind of pipes, multilayer PPr with glass fiber and HDPE pipes for drinkable and hot water and for gas
Pipe diameter: 20-75 mm and 3 different SDR
Line speed: 20 m/min
Output: 200 kg/h

The multilayer technology with glass fiber:
improves the material properties as the dimensional stability, the traction, compression and bending;
reduces the thermic enlargement, the weight of the product (and consequently the cost of the stock) and the linear expansion (around -75%);
reinforces the pipe structure;
improves the installation and the pipe-laying.

FEATURES:
2 single screw extruders EA40 (one for the middle layer filled with the fiber glass and one for the external and inner layer in PPr. The screw diameter is 40 mm and a L/D = 33:1, feeding bush water-cooled, 34 KW gear motors driven by frequency converters.

Co-extruder EA20 orientable for longitudinal colored stripes.

Multilayer head with spiral distributors to separate and to merge equally the layers.

Calibration two-stage vacuum trough and cooling unit.

Haul-off unit with two motorized belts controlled by frequency converters and synchronized with extruders speed.

Cutting unit for a precise cut up to 30 pcs/min.

End line composed by stacker or winder (on request).
