Did I Actually Fix The Alternator Problem In My Evo With THIS?!

Might be time to just say it's the alternator and change it out. But, there's still a couple things I wanted to check first. I know it seems like I keep pushing this off but there are things that just aren't lining up for this alternator issue. We're trying to figure this out but I am not confident in my gremlin tracking abilities so..we'll see where this goes but I may end up taking this thing someone and letting someone handle it because I am running out of ideas, and I can't keep chasing my tail in the garage or the videos for that matter.
