I made a Copper Ice Press that Turns Ice into SPHERES - Lets try DRY ICE!

I made a 16-pound solid copper ice press to create perfectly clear ice spheres! This project pushed my metal casting skills to the limit as I used lost PLA casting, sand casting, and machining to make the press. Copper's high thermal conductivity allows it to rapidly form smooth, round ice balls. In this video, I’ll take you through the entire process—CAD design, 3D printing, investment casting, machining, and final testing—to see how well this DIY ice ball press works. Plus, I’ll experiment with dry ice for a surprising result!
