Royal Victoria Railway, Southampton - Full Lap of Track

Royal Victoria Park Railway is a paid railway which was cash only and the ticket office is located at the entrance of the station building to the left.
The staff were friendly and welcoming.
We visited on Saturday 16th September 2023, and travelled on Western Independence which was the chosen locomotive for that day.
The views are pleasant on the ride around some of the park. The journey lasts around 6 minutes and passes through another station, over a few crossings and then loops around the main playground and back into the station.
There are 2 kids play area near the station.
There was a cafe located near the min playground which looked really nice that offered eat in or takeaway options (not associated to the railway)

There are a few paid car parks inside the park which worked out around £2.50 an hour. We found some free parking on Victoria Road which lead upto the park.
