🌞 Morning Drink (on empty stomach)
Warm water with ½ lemon + pinch of cinnamon and jeera powder
(Supports digestion, balances blood sugar)
🍳 Breakfast :
2 boiled or omelette-style eggs (cooked with onion, tomato, spinach)
1 slice whole wheat toast 1 small orange,Amla, some papaya
🟢 Protein + fiber keeps you full & reduces cravings.
🍛 Lunch
1 cup rice
1 bowl dal
1 cup vegetables (beans, carrot)
egg curry (1 egg)
1 small cup curd
🟢 Balanced mix of protein, carbs, and probiotics.
☕ Evening snack
A small handful of peanuts
1 cup herbal tea (mint)
🟢 Satisfies evening spice cravings & supports metabolism.
🌙 Dinner
paneer veggie stir fry ( onion, tomato,capsicum)
1 small chapati
1 bowl soup or sautéed vegetables
🟢 Light yet filling, supports overnight fat metabolism.
