PoE 3.21 Crucible - Calm Down, Leveling is FINE (for most of us)

With the announcement of Path of Exile 3.21 Crucible League and many of the upcoming changes, many people are wondering how bad the campaign will feel in PoE 3.21 with the leveling changes. Crucible League offers plenty of bonuses from weapon upgrades, but you might not feel this until later on when you are able to make use of the Crucible mechanic. I did some maths, so check it out and see how bad (or not so bad), leveling a caster in 3.21 might be
