দেশের অর্থনীতি পুনর্গঠনে অন্তর্বর্তী সরকারকে চলতি অর্থ বছরে ৩.৫ বিলিয়ন ডলার অর্থ সহায়তা দিতে আগ্রহী বিশ্ব ব্যাংক। জাতিসংঘের সাধারণ অধিবেশনে প্রধান উপদেষ্টা ডঃ মুহাম্মদ ইউনূস এর সাথে সাইড লাইন বৈঠকে এ আগ্রহের কথা জানায় সংস্থাটি। এছাড়াও জ্বালানী, সৌর বিদ্যুৎসহ নানা খাতে বিনিয়োগ করতে চেয়েছে চীন। অন্যদিকে জুলাই বিপ্লবের আগে পরে মানবাধিকার পরিস্থিতি নিয়েও পূর্ণাঙ্গ তদন্তের অনুরোধ করেছে বেশ কয়েকটি মানবাধিকার সংস্থা।

The World Bank is interested in providing financial assistance of 3.5 billion dollars to the interim government in the current financial year to rebuild the country's economy. The organization expressed this interest in a side-line meeting with Dr. Muhammad Yunus, Chief Adviser at the United Nations General Session. Also, China wants to invest in various sectors including energy, solar power. On the other hand, several human rights organizations have requested a full investigation into the human rights situation before and after the July Revolution.
