This was on December 1, 2019, day 2 of SEAPonyCon in the Philippines.
There was no cosplay listed at the event program so we did a last minute flash mob (well, it was done on stage so not really a flash mob anymore but it was still a surprise). It got planned 4-5 days in advance but everybody was game, hehe.
There's a few hiccups but it turned out pretty great, I'd say. We had a LOT of fun at least, hehe.
Er, I might as well include the part where we tried to take a group picture, haha
