Where: Near Ghandi's statue, in front of the Zoo, Kapiolani Park
When: John's Birthday, October 9, 4pm to 6pm
What: A Sing Along of John's Songs, solo and with the Beatles, Everyone is welcome.
How: one simple drum setup, a small bass rig, and the rest is up to us. No loud speakers or amps. Ukuleles, guitars and responsible kazoos.

Every year on John Lennon’s birthday October 9, people from all over the world gather to commemorate Lennon’s legacy at Strawberry Fields Memorial in New York. Central Park is filled with music as people play instruments and sing his songs despite the cold of an October evening in New York City.
