The Show Must Go On was on the Innuendo album and was released in 1991. It is certainly one of the most powerful Queen songs ever released. Freddie was in a lot of pain when recording this song, and Brian questioned if he could record it. Freddie asked for a shot of vodka, and he did it in one take.

Learning The Show Must Go On, on Piano / Keyboards
The Show Must Go on is not too difficult to learn, as the base of the song is set around 4 key chords. The tricky bit is understanding that only 1 note in the base chord, e.g. the Bm, changes at any one time. So for the Bm chord the D note is at the top and it moves from D to C# then to E and back to D.
So if you are having problems understanding what a diminished chord is or a flattened 5th, then just remember that those base chords of Bm G Em7 and F# are at the core and you are mainly just changing that top note.
