Seniors Debate | Western Region Debate Competition 2018-19

Episode #55 Part 2/2.

The Senior zonal debate started with each side trying to reach a conclusion, in their favor, to the question "Is vocational and technical training more valuable for promoting the economy than standard university education?"

Resulting in a scintillating performance, exchanging words back and forth, both teams tried to prove their side as better than the other.

The senior debate ended with Abdul Hadi of XIth getting awarded the best speaker, for the motion, and Areej Hashmi of XIIth, against the motion.

IISJ bagged the 1st best overall award in the senior debate.

Principal of IISJ, Dr. Najeeb Qais was also present in the audience and beamed over the excellent points both sides brought up.

Judges that presided over both the debates were praiseworthy for their well made decisions and rewarding of articulate contestants.

The duo of Abdul Hadi and Areej Hashmi has proved triumphant and shall proceed forward to the Cluster debate held in Riyadh.
