When taking up a passenger on a paramotor, you must use a different type of flying mindset than a typical part 103 operation. There was a passenger death recently that I feel could have been avoided by following some simple rules. Fatalities and crashes are part of the game we play, but the bigger game here is risk mitigation. And that game must be played to the highest level when another soul is on board. Condolences.
