Rolling Star - Bosses (No Damage / Normal) & Ending

Defeating presumably all the bosses in normal mode of Rolling Star without taking damage and the ending. Crash your ship into a space station and get roped into saving the Earth when aliens invade.

Hard mode unlocks after beating normal which has some additional power-ups to find (and new obstacles to try and prevent sequence breaking) along with some achievements for presumably additional bosses on that mode. What I had played of hard is pretty much the same game with bosses scaled up to playing from the start with all your stuff from normal mode. I'm not too keen on another full run so for now this compilation will have to do, but it does seem the game offers more stuff to do in order to 100% (including an endless mode).

I particularly enjoyed the music to this game and overall it's pretty decent. There's a number of secrets including exploring space for treasures but these award crafting components for accessories and they take significant resources to make. Leveling gives skill points but it's a pretty simple tree with 1-2 perks being unlocked as major abilities are gained. You can also spend money to upgrade gun damage, grenade damage, or defense (money is very plentiful and is almost exclusively for these upgrades). It's not a particularly difficult game but it's the sort where enemies do hit kind of hard and you only heal from save points or the rare vending machine (barring an assortment of defensive perks and accessories).
