Assembly of wire harness is a complex process, involving 10s of wires placed in front operator to be inserted in their correct location.

Our Navigation system helps the operator in the assembly operation by guiding them to the correct wire to pick, the right cavity for insertion of wire, along with TBO (Terminal Back-Out) and continuity testing.

Thus, reducing the chances of error and mistakes helps improve productivity.
