In today's video, I share how to get the most out of your Garmin watch for optimal training, recovery & how to upload workouts! I love my watch and wear it almost 24/7. While this is not a basics video, I cover a few features that can help with your training and most importantly, recovery. I also recently discovered how to upload workouts from my phone to my watch which has been a GAME changer, especially as I have been doing all of my workouts solo recently.
