How I Make Black Garlic Using A Rice Cooker

We have a big rice cooker with "keep warm" button that I'm not using because we bought a
low-sugar rice cooker after I was diagnosed with type-2 diabetes. Instead of throwing away, I use the big one for making black garlic. I eat 1-2 cloves of black garlic almost everyday for my health.
My rice cooker "keep warm" temperature is about 72゜C.
note: The smell of garlic is too strong, you don't have to use charcoal. With or without charcoal everything in your house will smell garlic. Better to put your rice cooker in separate room like in a shed.
NOTE: Be sure the rice cooker is in good condition and placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface in a well-ventilated area away from flammable materials. Use only the "Keep Warm" setting, not the main "Cook" setting.
