Blended learning is a concept that has become mainstream in language education. However, there is not a lot of agreement on what a blended program looks like and how it should be implemented. Much like terms such as communicative language teaching or task-based learning, blended learning lacks definition.
This talk looks at blended learning as a developmental process which requires close collaboration between all areas of an educational institution: administration, procurement, marketing, teachers, and students.
