Baking time and temp: 150 degrees celcius for 18-22 minutes
Baking pan size: 12x18 recatngular pan
ingredients
1 and 1/2 large banana (lacatan)
5 egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup Chiffon aide Cake oil
1/4 cup full cream milk
3/4 cups cake flour
5 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
infused tea whipped cream
1/2 cup full cream milk
2 earl grey tea bags
(reduce the milk to 1/4 cup. Let the concentrated milk tea cool down before adding)
1 and 1/2 cups Mac Creme Non dairy whipping cream
Peanut brittle/ peanut praline
3/4 cup roasted or fried peanut
3/4 cup sugar
pinch of salt
