This is @gaydio an LGBTQ+ focused radio station that is listened to across the UK.

Starting 18 years ago with a song by Madonna, it’s become culturally significant part of Manchester, Manchester Pride, and has also spread across the UK.

You can listen on FM Radio, DAB, their website and or smart speaker.

They also created the Gaydio academy a not-for-profit LGBTQ+ organisation supporting people through education and training.

All this to say I am so proud to say it all started here in Manchester
