Jewelry Techniques: Piercing Demo

This is the first video in my Jewelry Techniques Series. In these videos I will be going over the demos and lessons that I use in instructing the Intro to Jewelry and Metalsmithing class at Wayne State University.

In this first video I go over the basic use and function of the Jeweler's Saw and how to cut sheet metal with it. Attached you will find the Piercing Handout that I use as reference in this video. If you are a Metalsmithing or Art Educator please feel free to use this handout in your own lessons. I have also included some Amazon links to the tools I used in making the video.
