Sandwich Bread Loaf Recipe:
Makes 1 loaf
-TANGZHONG
•½ cup milk
•½ cup water
•6 tablespoons flour
-DOUGH
•3 cups flour (I used all purpose and golden whole wheat flours), plus more, if needed, for work surface
•¼ cup water
•¼ cup milk
•2 tablespoons granulated sugar
•4 tablespoons neutral oil (I used olive oil)
•2½ teaspoons salt
•2 teaspoons instant yeast
