How to Ruin a Trilogy With a Good Game | Hitman 3 Rant

I created this channel especially for this video because it was so important to me to get rid of my frustration.
I don't want to badmouth Hitman 3 or the franchise - quite the opposite! I am an absolute fan of the series and continue to play the games with great joy and intensity (since I have all the maps at 100% on the PlayStation, I bought H1 and H2 for PC 🙃).

In my opinion, IOI could have done a lot better with Hitman 3. Not only with the story, I think that much is clear. The DLCs are pretty rubbish (although I bought them too so I'm probably part of the problem) and the roadmap so far isn't that bomb either.

As I said, I love Hitman in general and Hitman 3 is actually a good game too. Unfortunately I was or am a big Lucas Grey fan, which is why Hitman 3 hit me pretty hard. But not only his death, but also everything around it felt pretty stupid. Last but not least, I was pretty disappointed with the last map and the general ending. I realise that IOI wanted a clean cut to better lay out future games, but that they made it SO clean right away was really not necessary.

I'm curious to see what else is coming, since they've actually already announced that, apart from the 7 Deadly Sins, nothing else will be coming. It's a pity, because with the right decisions they could have made something out of Hitman 3 (a prequel? Lucas' perspective?).

Anyway, thanks for watching and reading haha 😄 I probably won't reach anyone except my friends who don't even play/like Hitman but watch it for my sake. Thanks you guys for putting up with my obsession ❣
