Here is a brief discussion and a short demonstration of using MIDI to synchronize the Tascam Model 12 with external gear. This time it's the Roland Verselab MV1 that we're using as the MIDI slave. Using a setup like this adds up to 10 audio tracks the the Roland Verselab. This setup can also massively expand the recording-project capabilities and options of the Tascam Model 12.
This video is geared towards individuals who work DAW-less, or with minimal use of a software DAW. It may be useful to those considering the Verselab for live situations.
