Signet's Hannah Weeden and Sarah Wilder from mpm included host a 1.5-hour webinar on D&I within the workplace.
D&I is becoming an ever-increasing topic of importance not only for employers but also for senior leaders ensuring the right message is being delivered.
Sarah was formerly a Partner of MPM legal but has now moved over to run mpm included, a consultancy set up to develop and run diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging initiatives for businesses serious about their inclusion journey.
Sarah has particular expertise in inclusion and belonging – she has seen first-hand the anguish and expense caused when things go wrong in this space and is passionate about helping businesses build a fantastic culture with high performing, diverse and inclusive teams. Sarah has appeared as an expert on gender pay on BBC News and regularly speaks and writes on matters relating to flexible working, inclusion and diversity.
