Recipe:
150 g Hazelnuts
35g icing sugar
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp hazelnut oil
1 tsp orange extract (more or less to taste)
1/2 tsp salt
350g Milk chocolate
125ml double cream
180C roast hazelnuts 10-15 minutes
