Toy store owner says Trump tariffs are worse than COVID restrictions

The owner of the Mischief Toy Store on Grand Avenue in St. Paul described the volatile business climate he is faced with due to Trump-implemented tariffs, saying, “the anxiety caused by these spiking, ridiculous tariffs” compares to both the dotcom bubble and COVID-19 restrictions.
