in addition to the six tracks from "The Sound of the Shadows" album, I decided to record a few not from the album, including "The Miracle," the B-side of the "Rhythm & Greens" single from '64. This one was composed by Michael Carr (who also wrote "Man of Mystery") and Norrie Paramor (the Shadows' producer who also wrote "The Savage" and "Peace Pipe"). It is a majestic track that is undeservedly obscure today, even among the fans of the band.
