I watched the trailer for BoT when it first dropped and was so excited to watch it but it ended up slipping my mind. That was until at the beginning of the year when it got recommended to me again and I added it to my to-watch list.

I only just got round to watching it but, boy, am I glad that I did. Me being me, within seconds of seeing Molly and Luna, I fell in love with them.

Their story grasped me, their love ruined me. They are the strongest teen lesbian couple that I've seen in a really long time ad the fact that, in spite of all of these things that they have both had to face, they've both faced them together and not shut one another out just absolutely ruined me. They are such a beautiful relationship.

I love both Molly and Luna equally but Molly's story just...got to me. As someone who's chronically ill, everything that she went through became so innately personal and I related to every second.

This show is SO special to me instantly, I've not fallen this head-over-heels in love with a show in a long time (not even with South of Nowhere and I was madly in love with that show).

It's so rare to see a show that showcases the LGBT+ ship as the main couple of the show, let alone a lesbian ship. They weren't secondary to the straight ship, they were above it.

But they also have POC representation as well as LGBTQ+, not to mention the storyline, the acting, EVERYTHING is perfect. Please watch this show! It's airing on The CW in the states right now, has already aired in Canada and is airing in the UK starting from August 14th. I can't wait for season two, I really can't.
