How to increase the satisfaction of your customers?
Have you heard about endorphins? Endorphins are the hormones associated with pleasurable moods and these are generated when people are given an excellent environment. What are the keys to generating a good atmosphere? One, introduce yourself to people if they do not know you. Two, Offer what you have and indicate how you can help them. Three, Help them by lightening the load of your customers. Four, communicate frequently with customers to see if everything is going well and offer new things. Five, thank them for choosing your product or service. Six, if the context allows you, talk more with them. In the end, you will realize that they are happy, even they will praise you, they will tell you that it is the best product they have used ever or service they have enjoyed ever. That is obviously because you have created an excellent environment. These environments are not only limited to physical spaces but also virtual ones.
