Bella got the call for transplant. But sadly, it had to be canceled.

We have been waiting 2 1/2 years for Bella to get the call that meant her transplant could happen. We flew far from home and we’re so relieved that this surgery could happen for her and save her from living with bowel failure any longer. Sadly, a few hours before surgery, the transplant had to be canceled. We are heartbroken for all involved. This can happen & we need to be hopeful that the next call will result in a successful bowel transplant for Bella. She remains at the top of the list.
