This is one version of the morning routine yoga workout we do right after waking up. This includes elements of kinstretch/functional range conditioning (FRC) controlled articular rotations (CARs), stretching, energizing leg, core and upper body strength work as well as a moment of gratitude. It is changing slightly every couple of months but the key elements are always the same to wake up the body first thing before you get going. Bre and Flo have taught at several premium yoga studios for many years and are teaching their teacher trainings, retreats, and workshops around the world.
