Watch a CSA Member Cook Through the Seasons in 2023!

A CSA member completed a "one second everyday" video journal for the past year, and we're honored to be a part of so many of their days in 2023! They made this compilation - all of the meals shown in this video used at least one ingredient from the CSA (usually multiple ingredients)!

"As vegetarians, the CSA has become a core part of the way we cook and eat ever since we joined in 2020. We always look forward to our weekly box of mixed veggies, eggs, and fresh bread, plus occasional add-on items like mushrooms, tofu, beans, and pasta. We even grow plants from the CSA in our garden!
