今天分享在IG限動中受到大家喜愛的 — 「 家常蝦炒麵 」。
昨天下午忙完覺得好餓,但又不太想吃外面,翻了下冰箱,有蝦子、紅蘿蔔、蔥、還有麵。 OK 全部拿來炒一炒,結果非常好吃耶! 老姊吃了也說很讚!!! 那我們就一起來試試吧👇👇
📌材料(2人分食):
蝦仁_____________200g
紅蘿蔔___________15g
蒜頭_____________10g
蔥段_____________ 60g
香Q拉麵__________300g(3坨)
醬油膏___________ 2大匙
醬油_____________ 2大匙
白胡椒粉_________ 依個人喜好
水______________ 1500ml
太白粉___________1/4小匙
鹽______________ 1/4小匙
📌備料:
1. 蒜頭切末、紅蘿蔔切片(或絲)、蝦仁去腸泥
2. 蝦仁加入太白粉和鹽,用手抓勻後,用請水洗淨,再用紙巾吸乾。
📌作法:
1. 準備一湯鍋,加入水,大火煮滾後放入拉麵,轉中火煮至麵條八分熟後撈起。
2. 【中火】準備一個炒鍋,熱鍋下油,放入蝦仁拌炒至些微捲曲後,撈起備用。
3. 【中火】同一炒鍋補點油,放入蒜末和紅蘿蔔,炒出香氣後放入煮好的麵條,拌炒均勻。
4. 【中火】加入煮麵水250ml、醬油、醬油膏和白胡椒粉,翻炒至醬料均勻混和。
5. 【中火】最後加入蝦仁和蔥段,翻炒到蔥變軟、蝦仁也變成完整的紅色後,就完成囉!

【Recipe】
Hello! Today I’m sharing this super easy recipe - Homestyle fried noodles with Shrimp. I actually used everything that I had in the fridge, and it turned out soooo delicious that I had to share this with you. Hope you like it! 😊
📌 Ingredient(serves 2)
shrimp 200g
carrot 15g(sliced)
garlic 10g(chopped)
green onion 60g( chopped into sections)
noodles 300g
oyster sauce 2tbsp
soy sauce 2tbsp
white pepper powder a pinch
water 1500ml
cornstarch ¼ tsp
salt ¼ tsp
📌 instructions:
1. Devein the shrimp, add cornstarch and salt, mix well and clean well. Dry them with paper towels and set aside.
2. Put the water into a pot. Bring it to a boil then add noodles in. Cook until it’s 80% well, remove and set aside.
3. medium heat, add some oil into a frying wok or pod, add shrimp in and fry until it gets slightly curled, remove and set aside.
4. medium heat still, add extra oil into the same pot, garlic and carrot go in, fry until fragrant, and noodles in, mix them well.
5. medium heat still, add 250ml noodle water, oyster sauce, soy sauce and white pepper, frying until all the sauce is mixed.
6. medium heat still on, add shrimp and green onion, frying until the shrimps get red and onion gets softer, then time to ENJOY!
