La Pizzaiola:
Ingredients:
-Steak (sliced thin)
-Oregano
-Tomato Sauce
-Bell Peppers
-Salt
-Crushed spicy pepper
-Olive Oil
-Garlic
Recipe:
Step 1:
Add steak, oil, sliced garlic (add to taste), and sliced bell peppers. Cook until steak browns.
Step 2:
Add sauce + oregano then cover pan and cook on low for an hour, occasionally stirring.
Serve either straight up or on a panino.
