Often amplifiers have memory effects associated with their operation and some algorithms for pre-distortion do not allow compensation. In this video we show how it is possible to combine the use of our Direct DPD approach to locate the optimal DPD for EVM, along with a Memory Polynomial DPD to allow both optimal performance, and export of the compensation coefficients to allow use in a real world design.
