This is my submission for the 15th and final round of a TTYD strategy contest, hosted by @Kappy0 For this round, contestants are coming up with a strat for the Shadow Queen, the final boss of the game.
Chapter 8 for this contest has been all about experimenting with the different partner options, so I'm making sure I've given every partner a chance to contribute.
Restrictions:
Max Level: 12
Chapter 8 Global: Partners may only be used for one strategy this chapter
Custom Conditions (added by me):
Incorporate every remaining partner into this strategy
Badges: Quick Change, Power Bounce, Power Rush, Mega Rush, P-Up D-Down P, P-Up D-Down, Jumpman, Double Dip P (21 BP)

*Place one bomb in front of the Shadow Queen and the others behind.
**Place one bomb in front of the Shadow Queen's body, and two others on her Left Hand.

T1: Power Lift (+3 ATK), Multibonk x 6, Shadow Queen uses lightning

T2: Art Attack (16+ damage), Bomb Squad*, Shadow Queen uses Power Lift

(Bombs go off, counting as two attacks)
T4: Headbonk, Defend/Appeal, Phase 2 ends

T1: Art Attack (18 damage), Double Dip P: Boo Sheet on Mario + Zess Dynamite, Shadow Queen uses Lightning, Dead Hands attack if summoned

Notes:
-During Phases 1 and 3, the Shadow Queen's first three turns are scripted. Phase 1 has her using Lightning, Power Lift, and Hand Drag in that order, while Phase 3 has her using Lightning, Charge, and Dark Wave in that order.
-The hand AI is a bit too complex for me to cover in full detail here. What's most relevant to this strat is that on T4, whether she keeps the remaining hand after the Bomb Squad goes off or switches to the army of Dead Hands, Mario won't take any damage with an 8 HP Shell Shield, since switching to the Dead Hands will cause them to move after she does. The Shell Shield will have at least 1 HP left whether the one remaining hand or the Shadow Queen attacks first, as those both can only do up to 7 damage. -During the first phase, with 100 audience members of mixed composition, more than enough SP should be restored to use the Earth Tremor at the end.
-Bomb Squad's event priorities are odd, to say the least. Depending on where the bombs are placed relative to the Shadow Queen, they'll actually go off at different times compared to when the Shadow Queen checks for hits during her second phase. This is what causes them to register as two separate attacks, enabling phase 2 to be skipped. Additionally, since event priority of all entities decrease as their position to the left increase, the two leftmost bombs from the Bomb Squad used during phase 3 will go off after the Shadow Queen respawns her L/R hands, immediately taking out one of them before Mario or his partner do anything.
-The recorded route for this strat shows the worst-case scenario on T4: The Shadow Queen using Power Lift to boost her defense, and the remaining hand draining 7 HP. Even if this happens, the Power Bounce from Mario and Love Slap from Mowz are still barely enough to win.
-There's a global restriction for Chapter 8 during this contest: each partner may only be used for one strategy throughout the chapter. This means that Vivian, Flurrie, and Yoshi are off limits, since I've used Vivian for Gloomtail, Flurrie for the Shadow Sirens, and Yoshi for Grodus. For this strat, I incorporated the four partners that remain: Goombella, Koops, Bobbery, and Mowz.
