This song was made around 1950. At that time, in Japan, The Japanese communists were taking part in a political campaign called the "Utagoe Movement", which is a popular and democratic music movement. This song is also one of the songs made as part of the movement.

この曲はこの当時はうたごえ運動(詳細は此処には記しません)が比較的活発であった1940年代後半～1950年代前半頃に、日本版「カチューシャ」、日本版「インターナショナル」、「聞け万国の労働者」などの有名な曲などと共に作られたものだと思われます。しかしなぜかこの曲に関しては非常に謎が多く、インターネット上には名前だけしか記されておらず、紙媒体の資料もほとんどありませんでした。この音源に関しても資料と合致しない歌詞があったり資料に記されていない3番とみられる歌詞がうたわれていたりなどありとあらゆる面で謎がある曲です。
