"2004? But... but this is 1939!"
This episodic game was released as a promo for The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror opening at Disney California Adventure in 2004. Players would complete levels across a period of time, and be rewarded with a prize upon completion.
I vividly remember playing this game as a kid on my school's crappy computer. I couldn't afford to visit the parks to redeem the prize, but just being able to actively participate in my favorite ride was worth the 3-5 FPS speeds. I recently re-discovered the game via a video uploaded by Roger Holzberg, the program's creative director. Within the comments was link to a saved version of the program, uploaded by kind viewer and enthusiast Jakob Carman. HUGE thanks to the both of them--I was able to run the game on my 2018 MacBook Pro via Windows XP SP 3 installed via Parallels. Apologies for the poor audio, I was lazy and recorded via Quicktime.
