The history of the Codorus Furnace(aka Bennet's Forge, Hellam Iron Works, Hellam Forge) and its contribution to the revolutionary war and the founding of our nation. This forge was built in 1765 and ceased operation in 1850.
The forge was owned by several prominent figures in the founding of York County and the United States.
This property is listed in the Top 10 haunted places in York County by several paranormal groups. I spoke to the owner of the property who lived there for 40yrs and he related several instances to me which I cover in the video.
My original plan was to request permission from the owner to stay over night in the Ironmaster's House and release this video this past Halloween but unfortunately I ran out of time and couldn't schedule it.
All music: Composed and recorded by me.
