In this video we give a full tutorial on how we make fried zucchini, and I also give a brief kitchen tour (feel free to skip ahead).
This has been our favorite way of eating our abundance of zucchini this summer.
Here are the details.
3 Zucchini cut in spears
Bowl 1 - Flour and spices (see below)
Bowl 2 - 3 Eggs and 1 Cup Milk
Bowl 3 - Bread crumbs and spices and grated cheese
Pan with 1/4" oil at 300-350F

Italian Spice blend
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
